[/caption]It's not breaking news that we've had a relatively mild winter season in NC. You may not have been able to get the full useage of those cute winter coats and boots, but Spring still ushers in plenty of opportunity to accessorize for unpredictable (and often wet) weather. April showers bring May flowers right? We've got a couple of suggestions for you to combat the soggy weather while still looking fresh:
